British Cycling

An activity pack , online video resources and app, parents, teacher and carers are supported to teach children the essential skills needed to ride a bike while having fun playing together. Three free resources but there is a log in process to get access to further resources. You can do this as a teacher or parent.

Choose from a range of 24 instructor led videos across aerobic exercise, strength and resistance, pilates and yoga categories. focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The workouts have been created by Instructor Live and range from 10 - 45 minutes

Equipment Free Fitness routine

10 minute workouts which as well as the warm up and cool down sessions also includes short 10 minute workouts
