We believe that it's more important than ever that we continue to keep active, particularly if we are spending more time at home.

We’ve pulled together some of the best online resources as well as some resources that have been produced by the North Tyneside PE & School Sport to help you do just that! The activities, tasks & challenges within these will fit in with what is happening at school & across the local area through the virtual competitive opportunities.

Youth Sport Trust

The Youth Sport Trust is a children’s charity working to unlock the potential of young people through the power of PE, purposeful enrichment and positive wellbeing.

There are a range of products and services to help teachers, schools and parents for effective delivery of PE, School Sport & Physical Activity at home.

There are a range of resource and guidance documents for teachers to support the high quality delivery of PE in schools.

Sport England

Join the movement with Sport England, the campaign aims to inspire and give trusted information about how to keep active.

There are resources and ideas on the site around being active at home, getting active outdoors, recommended apps and online content to use.

There is also information on projects and initiatives to ensure children have access to 60 minutes of daily sport and physical activity.
